The Gesellschafts (Society) Rondo, composed in 1830, is a short, lively work by Hummel for Piano and Orchestra, rarely performed today. Following an introductory Adagio, the Rondo bursts forth energetically.
This new edition was prepared based on manuscript parts, correcting numerous errors and inconsistencies that exist in the surviving parts.
Please note that orchestral part sets do not include the piano solo part, which must be purchased separately.
